Role Overview We are on the lookout for a proactive and personable Internal Sales Executive to support our established internal sales team in assisting our customers, via email or phone, in a timely, friendly and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities Managing the Sales team inbox, handling incoming queries from our varied customer base, with precision in a timely manner. Advising customers on product options, specifications and availability either on the phone or via email. Preparing and processing quotes and sales orders on our custom-built system. Supporting our Product Managers with purchasing activities and liaising with suppliers on queries. Providing general administrative support within the office and with customers. Key Skills Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation in managing responsibilities, while remaining collaborative and team orientate. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Consistently presents a professional manner in appearance, language and behaviour. The following attributes are desirable but not essential: Experience in internal sales, sales administration or a customer faced role. Familiarity with wood/panel based products. Confident communication skills both with colleagues and customers.
