Responsibilities

* Prepare and present property listings, including conducting viewings and open houses.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using administrative skills.
* Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively across various platforms.
* Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
* Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate transactions.
Requirements
* Proven administrative experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
* A valid real estate licence is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe after hiring.
