About the Role:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of teaching staff
* Engage and motivate students while maintaining excellent classroom behaviour
* Provide support and guidance as needed to help students stay on track
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and focused learning environment
* Work closely with staff and follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
About You:
* Experience covering lessons across secondary key stages (KS3 & KS4) is essential
* Resilient, approachable, and confident managing a busy classroom
* Able to build positive relationships with students and staff
* Clear enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
* Fully available from September 2025 for a long-term commitment
