We have a rare opportunity for a permanent full-time Static Site Supervisor / School Caretaker based at Fleetwood High School to join our talented team. This is a fantastic chance to work for an award-winning company providing first-class maintenance services. The successful candidate will perform proactive and reactive building maintenance, routine health and safety checks, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Liaising with the EWFM Service Desk to ensure all reporting systems are implemented on client properties.
2. Acting as EW Health and Safety Representative, conducting routine checks, and ensuring legal compliance.
3. Contributing to the development of the premises ethos and culture as part of the client operational team.
4. Supporting the client’s core activities.
5. Carrying out statutory and maintenance checks on plant and equipment.
6. Monitoring the site CAFM system and acting on entries through repairs or liaising with the Service Desk.
7. Inspecting for building fabric damage and coordinating remedial actions.
About you
You will be integral to our team, providing excellent maintenance services at Fleetwood High School. You should be methodical, organized, DIY-skilled, approachable, confident, and an effective communicator. Enjoy working as part of a dedicated maintenance team.
Working hours and salary:
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours/week on a rota with shifts from 6.45am - 3.00pm & 1.15pm - 9.15pm. Salary: £26,202 per annum.
