Main duties of the job

Our Team Leaders play a vital role in our services, including: Supporting the management team in the delivery of the contracted service, leading on an area of specialism Positively promoting the service and WithYou to external stakeholders Managing the staff within the service to ensure that they are well informed, inspired and engaged with WithYou's strategic objectives This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery. It is essential you are able to develop open working relationships to ensure staff operate in line with our values and work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partner organisations. This position is offered on a full time, fixed term basis, until March 2027. As a Team Leader, we offer a starting salary of £30,000, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £36,000 per year.
