Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Night Shifts
Shifts: 22:00 – 08:00
About the Role
Provide 1:1 care to a young child living at home. Support with daily living, clinical tasks such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, suctioning, medication administration. Provide emotional support, facilitate community access, and ensure independence.

Qualifications & Experience
* Experience supporting people with complex needs.
* Confidence with clinical tasks or willingness to train.
* Strong communication and reliability.
* Empathy, emotional intelligence, and person‑centred values.
* Ability to work independently and professionally.
Additional Requirements
* Driver’s licence – required for rural area transport.
