I am seeking a customer focused and proactive Sales Administrator to join my client’s team in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting the sales function.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for managing order processes, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at every stage.
Duties:
1. Process and manage customer orders accurately
2. Liaise with customers via email and phone to resolve queries
3. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
4. Maintain and update records and documentation
5. Support the returns and replacements process in line with company policy
6. Assist with reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks
Experience:
7. Previous experience in a Sales Administrator or customer service role
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal CRMs
10. Able to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload
11. A team player with a positive, flexible attitude
