So what’s the job all about?
* Stripping and cleaning factory machinery using cleaning chemicals to correct concentrations adhering to routine deep clean schedules
* Keeping the working environments maintained to very high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
* Keeping the internal and external areas of the factory clean and tidy
* A Chargehand is also responsible for running the shift which involves supervising colleagues, communicating with managers on all levels to ensure production is met.
