What you’ll be doing: Overseeing day-to-day building operations, staff performance and service delivery Driving tenant engagement and chairing regular building meetings Promoting a collaborative team culture among internal staff and contractors Acting as the Responsible Person for health and safety across the site Leading contractor strategy, negotiations and service level management Managing service charge budgets, financial reporting and building compliance Supporting leasing, asset management and wider operational initiatives What we’re looking for: Proven leadership in managing complex commercial buildings Clear communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills Excellent understanding of health & safety and building systems Commercial awareness and budget control expertise Ability to lead with integrity, especially in fast-paced and high-pressure environments Someone who has managed at least 200,000sqft within a single asset.
