The Role

Every day is different as we support our service users to make their own choices, achieve their goals, and live as independently as possible within their own homes.
The service is staffed with various shifts (including evenings and weekends - Waking night shifts are essential) to ensure that individuals' needs are fully met.
You will provide support with: medication administration, personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, social inclusion, and emotional support. One of the most important parts of the role is supporting access to the community and social activities. Our service users enjoy activities such as fishing trips, go-karting, football, and holidays.
Previous experience is desirable for this position, although full training will be provided. You must be able to follow detailed support plans to ensure a consistent approach, have excellent communication skills, and maintain a warm, approachable, and friendly manner.
An Enhanced adult PVG is required for this role.
