The role of the Fire Risk Assessor Fire Protection will involve:
This role will focus on the assessment for residential and domestic projects supplying a range of Fire stopping systems across north & mid wales
Conduct detailed fire risk assessments in line with Fire Safety Regulations
Assess a range of properties, including high-risk and complex buildings
Provide clients with clear advice on fire safety strategies and evacuation procedures
Develop and review fire safety management plans
Ensure all work aligns with current legislation, codes of practice, and BAFE standards
Keep up to date with changes in fire safety regulations and industry requirements
The ideal applicant will be a Fire Risk Assessor Fire Protection with:
Proven experience as a Fire Risk Assessor or closely related
Possess relevant fire safety qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH Fire Certificate, Level 3 or equivalent)
Excellent knowledge of fire safety legislation and regulations
Good written communication skills
Ambitious with strong organisational skills
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
