We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through efficient data entry.
* Assist customers in resolving issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
* Upsell products and services where appropriate, enhancing the customer experience while contributing to sales goals.
* Utilise strong analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and share insights on customer needs.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Experience
* Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
* Working in a hospitality sector is a plus
* Good communication skills in English
