Join a friendly HR team of seven, where you’ll take the lead on all recruitment activities.
Their internal recruitment function is still developing, you’ll work closely with the HR Manager on exciting future projects, including implementing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), collaborating with the marketing team on employer branding, and positioning the organisation as an employer of choice.
You’ll also play a key role in enhancing the candidate experience.
Your responsibilities will include contributing to future talent planning, coaching and guiding hiring managers, and facilitating the recruitment process across the business.
You’ll support the HR team with employment contracts, offer letters, and pre-employment checks.
