Dexian Europe seeks an experienced low-code business solution architect to join our embedded team working with our client, a significant, multifaceted international law firm. The role is initially for eight months (extendable) and is based in the UK. It can be performed entirely remotely. You, as an independent contractor, can be outside IR35.
You, as the ideal architectural candidate, will demonstrate the following. You have a depth of understanding or have hands-on experience with low-code, workflow automation and specifically a Legal Case Management System Platform. This will involve migrating a significant legal practice to an industry-specific workflow automation platform. You will demonstrate experience in a similar project within a legal or similar professional environment.
* In your current role, you are regarded as the functional expert architect in a particular solution domain; You have a proven track record in designing and delivering innovative solutions for that domain that you will be able to demonstrate.
* You have a view of what “good” looks like in this area and a vision for what “truly excellent” might be!
* Hands-on by nature, you are results-driven and able to get stuff done, both by rolling your sleeves up yourself but also by bringing people along the journey with you. You are equally happy presenting at the board level as you will be designing and implementing a process flow.
* You are someone who relishes a challenge, driven by the satisfaction of creating something unique and of value. Creating “truly excellent” won’t necessarily be easy.
* You are passionate about business change through technology.
The Role
This Is a Multi-faceted Role That Encompasses
Implementation Consulting
* working with clients to map their business requirements and processes to the automated workflow platform’s way of working.
* Having a delivery focus and commercial awareness to ensure delivery adheres to plan and estimates are met.
* working through the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial requirements workshops, through configuration and one-to-one training.
* configure “work types” through the application and mentor clients as to how they do this themselves.
* Configure forms, workflows and document templates in a low-code environment.
* Support sales through product demonstrations and the creation of prototypes.
Enterprise / Solution Architecture
* Understanding how an automated platform fits into a client's wider Enterprise Architecture and making recommendations for integration and data architectures
Product Management
* Feeding your unique knowledge of customer requirements into the product roadmap and designing core product where appropriate.
Change Management
* Ensuring the successful adoption of the automated platform across our clients through training, mentoring and evangelism.
Tech Stack
* Experience with automation of workflows using products such as ServiceNow, or specifically Sharedo would be an enormous advantage.
