Our client is on of the UK's leading Property & Asset Management companies. They manage a wide portfolio of property types across the country, mainly in the commercial, industrial and retail space.
They are looking for a Regional / Senior FM to manage a cluster of service charge properties across the Midlands.
Job Description
* Oversee the management and maintenance of various properties within the portfolio
* Manage relationships with contractors, ensuring the highest quality of work
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Develop and implement effective strategies for facilities management
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits
* Prepare and manage annual budgets
* Coordinate with the property management team on tenant issues
* Manage and mentor a small team
The Successful Applicant
* At least 5 years experience in a Facilities Management role within a Managing Agent
* IWFM / BIFM Accreditation
* IOSH / NEBOSH certification
* Experience managing service charge budgets
* Previously managed a mixed portfolio of properties
* Able to manage a team of Facilities Managers / Building Managers
