Role Description

The Senior Practice Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, creating detailed reports, preparing budgets, and overseeing audits. Duties also include ensuring financial compliance, providing strategic financial advice to clients, and supervising junior accounting staff. * Proven expertise in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis
* Strong skills in Budgeting, Tax Compliance, and Audit Management
* Proficiency in Management Accounting and advanced proficiency in Accounting Software
* Keen analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
* Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA) preferred
* Previous experience in a senior accounting or finance role is highly advantageous
* Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and meet deadlines effectively
