Job title: System Integration and Test Engineer – Hybrid role
As a Control System Integration and Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration and validation of hardware & control systems within Battery Management Systems. You’ll lead verification, control functionality testing across key BMS domains—including SDU control units, CSC electronics, and WGM hardware modules—under safety and performance constraints.
Location: Greater Manchester or Birmingham

Typical Areas of Responsibility include:
* System Integration
* Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) Testing & Validation
* Test Automation & Verification
* Issue Diagnosis & Continuous Improvement
We are seeking the following:
* 5+ years of experience in system testing, embedded controls, or BMS integration
* Hands-on experience with HIL platforms (e.g., dSPACE, NI, ETAS), test automation, and fault injection
* Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and communication tools (CANalyzer, CANoe)
* Knowledge of SDU control logic, CSC interfaces, and gateway hardware
