Role: Technical Project Delivery Manager (Resource Management Systems)
Location: South Wales (working pattern TBC)
Duration: 12 Month initial contract
Rate: £500 - £600 per day (Negotiable)
IR35 Status: TBC
We are currently working with a well established, large-scale organisation who require a Technical Project Delivery Manager to join the organisation. The client needs a candidate who possesses previous experience deploying end to end delivery solutions and ideally, resource management frameworks and systems.
You will lead the end to end set up of a new resource management system and support technical project delivery initiatives. You will possess technical expertise together with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in high demand environments.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong experience designing and deploying systems (ideally resource management)
* Proven ability to deliver technical solutions in high-pressure environments
* Familiarity with security, compliance, and scalability
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience working with delivery frameworks such as Agile or Waterfall
