Junior Technical Implementation Consultant – Client Engage

Role Overview
As a Junior Technical Implementation Consultant for Client Engage, you will configure, install, support, and customize the Client Engage software to meet customer needs. You will work alongside functional consultants, migrate data from legacy systems, and test new releases.
Responsibilities
* Deploying and configuring the Client Engage CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
* Providing second‑line support for the software
* Testing new software releases from a technical perspective
* Creating, maintaining, and supporting technical documentation
* Collaborating with Functional Consultants to configure customer requirements
* Documenting client suggestions and providing work‑around solutions
* Generating customer data reports using SQL and/or SQL Reporting
* Participating in projects that enhance quality or efficiency of the team
Requirements
* IT degree or at least 2 years of relevant experience
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational and teamwork skills
* Knowledge of the Microsoft platform (Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, .NET)
* Knowledge of T‑SQL for writing and updating SQL code
* Knowledge of web applications and web APIs
* Ability to take ownership of tasks and continuously improve them
* Working knowledge of MS Office applications
Nice to Have
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (big plus)
* Knowledge of JSON
* Knowledge of PowerShell
* Knowledge of TeamCity
* Knowledge of RabbitMQ
* Knowledge of the banking and wealth management industry
