* Ensure that Annual Review documentation and meetings significantly impact the young person's experience and achievements, fostering shared priorities with families.
* Listen to all voices around the learner, incorporating this into curriculum and support strategies.
* Work with your team to raise standards through staff performance management.
* Assist in developing and delivering training in teaching and learning.
* Collaborate with Curriculum Leaders on curriculum development, planning, recording, reporting, and assessment.
* Support the Senior Leadership Team in monitoring and evaluating the quality of education.
* Ensure effective communication and safeguarding across staff and families.
* Narrate the progress journey and identify areas for further development.
* Contribute to the effective organization and daily running of the school.
* Undertake professional duties delegated by the headteacher.

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency later.
