Salary: Starts at £26,106 per annum, rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £28,653 per annum
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Fleet Services Team, acting as the customer interface for our vehicle workshops. You will deal with enquiries from Officers and Staff at all levels, providing a professional and confidential front of house reception and logistics service. You will ensure the appropriate fleet related technical supplies and consumables are resourced in a timely and cost-effective manner to minimise asset downtime whilst adhering to financial policy, procedures and audit requirements.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the customer interface for vehicle workshops, handling enquiries from Officers and Staff at all levels in a professional and confidential manner.
* Provide front of house reception and logistics support.
* Resource fleet-related technical supplies and consumables in a timely and cost-effective way to minimise asset downtime and comply with financial policy, procedures and audit requirements.
