🚨 We’re recruiting for an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join a specialist community complex care provider delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care in clients’ own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled clinician who wants to combine clinical leadership, training, and case management while making a genuine impact in the community.
Ideal candidate
* ✅ A Registered Nurse with 5+ years post‑qualification experience
* âś… Someone experienced in tracheostomy, ventilation, enteral feeding & suctioning
* âś… A confident clinical leader who enjoys training and developing care teams
* âś… Someone with experience working in the clients' homes, supporting individuals and their families
* ✅ A compassionate professional passionate about person‑centred care
In this role, you will
* 🔹 Take clinical ownership of your client caseload and develop bespoke care plans
* 🔹 Lead and deliver training for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers
* 🔹 Ensure high standards of compliance, safety, and quality across packages
* 🔹 Review MAR charts and clinical documentation
* 🔹 Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families
* 🔹 Provide ongoing mandatory training and professional development aligned to national standards
