What You'll Do
* Manage day‑to‑day facilities operations and occupier relations.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, deliver an exceptional front‑of‑house experience, and act as the main contact for occupiers, hosting meetings and sharing updates with Property Managers.
* Conduct scheduled inspections, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, monitor contractor performance, and manage minor repairs, escalating larger works and CDM projects as required.
* Ensure Health and Safety compliance, coordinate first aid and fire drills, review risk assessments, complete H&S checklists, log incidents, and keep the Tenants' Handbook current.
* Record and submit meter readings and support financial tasks including raising purchase orders and assisting with service charge budgeting in line with RICS guidelines.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a similar role.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Good Excel skills.
* Highly organised, motivated, with a high degree of common sense and a methodical logical approach.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good work ethic and positive approach.
* Excellent demonstrable customer service skills.
* Good general knowledge of FM – Administration/Health & Safety.
* Ideally IOSH Managing Safely, although training can be provided to the right candidate.
* Good IT system skills.
