4. Monday – Friday 07:00 – 17:00, Saturdays dependent on business needs (Paid at Overtime) – Some Flexibility
Our client one of the UKs leading accident repair groups with over 30 sites nationwide are currently seeking a Paint Sprayer for their brand-new Accident repair workshop in Rochester, Kent.
Our Client is part of one of the largest providers of accident & collision claim services in Europe with over 2,500 employees. They offer an unrivalled platform for training, development, and employee packages.
They are seeking a Panel Technician to join their team as their business expands. This a great opportunity to join a thriving part of the accident repair business. Our client offers a fully equipped workshop with regular updating of equipment.
They are well known for their quality of work within Kent & Hampshire and are seeking experienced Paint Sprayers for one of their brand-new state of the art site.

Duties of a Paint Sprayer with our Client:
19. Carrying out the preparation, priming and painting to agreed timescales.
20. Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in accordance Company specifications.
21. Adhering to health & safety procedures
22. Working as part of a small team with the ability to work on your own.
23. Ability to work to deadlines.
24. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
What our client expects of their Paint Sprayers:
25. Previous Time-Served Paint Sprayer Experience – ideally 3 years +
26. ARC, Main Dealer and bodyshop experience
27. Preferably have a NVQ level 3 qualification
28. ATA Paint Spraying accreditation is beneficial.
29. Organisational and time management skills
30. Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
31. You must also have your own tools & equipment.
32. Ability to work in a team environment.
33. A “can do” attitude and the ability to overcome problems.
