What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience at Junior Sous level or ready to step up
2. A passion for fresh, local, and sustainable cooking
3. Experience in high-quality restaurants or hotels
4. Strong leadership and communication skills
5. A proactive and positive approach to teamwork
6. Excellent attention to detail and calmness under pressure
