Job Description
Managing the day-to-day running of the finance function, providing leadership, oversight, and support across operations.
Preparing monthly management accounts, journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and gross margin reviews, ensuring accuracy and adherence to group reporting deadlines.
Leading annual budgeting and audit processes, managing cash flow, and liaising with external auditors and senior stakeholders.
Overseeing intercompany accounting, revenue recognition, invoicing, payroll processing, and close collaboration with production teams to ensure financial integrity.
Implementing and improving financial processes, supporting strategic decision-making, assisting with customer payment plans, and managing a local finance team.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Holder of a relevant university degree, finance qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience of managing and leading people
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to draw conclusions based on data
