Outline Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering excellent Front of House services to members and guests reporting to the Health Club Manager. Duties Inc. but not limited to:
* Setting the tone for exceptional customer service and operations standards
* Scheduling appointments, processing payments and keeping accurate records
* Engaging with members and guests, resolving problems, tackling tricky situations and gathering feedback
* Collaborating with Membership team, Therapists, Fitness Instructors and team members to ensure seamless scheduling and service delivery
* Promoting and selling products and services that match members wants and needs
Skills and attributes required:
* Professional and presentable creating a positive first impression
* Flexibility including working some shifts including mornings from 6am, evenings to 9pm and 1:5 weekends
* Proven customer service and sales experience, preferably 12-24 months in a similar work place
* Financially proficient, carrying out till reconciliations, stock checks and processing transactions
* Calm under pressure and able to balance the quiet times with the busy times
* Someone who is reliable, dependable, passionate about what they do and won't let the team or members down
* Knowledge and passion for health, wellness and fitness with previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality, wellness, or fitness industry is preferred but not essential.
