Commercial & IP Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Farnborough
A Legal 500-ranked corporate and commercial team in the Thames Valley is looking for a commercial and IP solicitor to join a growing practice working with household-name brands, technology companies and owner-managed businesses.

The Work
You will draft, negotiate and advise on commercial contracts including supply and distribution agreements, licensing arrangements, technology and software contracts, and high-value service agreements. You will also advise on intellectual property matters: IP protection, licensing, brand strategy and IP considerations within commercial transactions.

What You Need
You should have strong, well-rounded knowledge of commercial law with demonstrable experience advising on commercial contracts, and either experience in IP or a clear desire to develop expertise in IP protection, licensing or IP aspects of commercial transactions.
