Description
Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities for both the network and partner businesses.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with operational capabilities.
Analyse market trends to identify potential areas for growth and expansion.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.Profile
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
Proven experience in business development, particularly within the Pallet Distribution sector.
Strong understanding of Pallet networks sector and its challenges.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
