Panoramic Associates are seeking a dynamic leader to help oversee a well-established residential home for adults with learning disabilities in Somerset.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational support of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards
* Support with care planning, audits, medication
* Support the Manager in day to ray running of the home
About You
* Registered Manager or Deputy Manager experience in a learning disabilities setting
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
* Able to start ASAP
