They are now looking for a Java Software Engineer with a strong product engineering mindset to help build the next generation of highly available, scalable payment systems that sit at the core of their global network.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong experience with Java and Spring
* Knowledge of Reactive programming (e.g., Akka)
* Experience with Kafka or JMS
* Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Agile delivery
* Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and developing real-time payment processing systems using Java, Spring and Reactive frameworks
* Applying TDD/BDD practices to deliver clean, maintainable, well-tested code
* Influencing technical direction and design decisions across the platform
* Building reusable, modular components and optimising performance and scalability
* Working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
* Leveraging automation, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and improve delivery speed
