Overview
Technical Incoming Inspector. Are you a skilled electrical or mechanical tradesperson with experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or tooling? An exciting opportunity has opened for a Technical Incoming Inspector based in Belfast.
Responsibilities
* Perform inspection, quality control, and quality assurance on incoming products.
* Ensure compliance with design specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
* Provide guidance and support to operators as required.
* Monitor the Delegated Operator Scheme.
* Work collaboratively within flexible teams.
* Produce technical reports highlighting drawing, process, and tooling anomalies.
Qualifications
* Completed electrical or mechanical apprenticeship.
* Minimum 2 years' post-apprenticeship experience in:
o Electrical manufacturing environment, or
o Manufacturing, assembly, or tooling environment.
* Familiarity with quality control standards.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
* Strong communication skills and knowledge of manufacturing and assembly practices.
Desirable
* ONC / A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
* Knowledge of 3D metrology.
What’s On Offer
* Hourly Rates: £31.90 Umbrella / £23.84 PAYE
* Standard 36-hour week with overtime paid at premium rates.
* Onsite role in Belfast - travel not required.
