Associate Quantity Surveyor – Edinburgh – £60,000 – £70,000
We are currently looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a small but very talented team of likeminded professionals in the city centre of Edinburgh.
The role involves working on a variety of high‑profile projects, including hotel, retail, commercial, student accommodation, education and office fit‑outs.
Qualifications
* Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
* Experience within a construction consultancy with proven technical delivery experience
* Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private sector clients
* Solid technical competence and service delivery skills
* Management experience of successful project delivery from inception to handover
