My client is offering the opportunity to work directly alongside the Senior Partner in a fee earning position. Based in Basingstoke their corporate and commercial team do a mix of work and require a candidate to assist in all aspects of corporate and commercial law. You will be running your own caseload of corporate transaction work including exposure to mergers and acquisitions, group re-organisations, share issues, share incentive schemes and corporate governance. This is a multi service firm and you will also work closely with the commercial property, employment and commercial litigation teams. They are specifically looking to appoint a junior to mid level fee earner into their corporate and commercial team. This is a friendly firm of highly skilled Lawyers and you will be working alongside a team that has considerable experience in the Corporate field.
