Location: Can be based from Portsmouth, Plymouth, Bristol, Barrow or Clyde

Security Clearance: Must already hold live SC.
The project is to develop a site wide master plan and RIBA 2 design for a £900m accommodation programme. Our role is specifically to develop the plan and design; this is not a construction role. The role will see the individual managing client resources in the project team. Infrastructure design management experience is essential.
Requirements
* NEC 3 or NEC 4 Certified – Will also look at working towards being NEC Certified.
* Full Project Life Cycle experience
* End to End Project Management
* Key Stakeholder Engagement
* Must be SC Cleared – Hold Valid Clearance
