Overview
Our Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer role involves working in both the social housing sector as well as some commercial properties. You will report to the Contracts Manager and be the first point of contact between the business and our client. You must have good written and oral communication skills and a high level of technical knowledge across the fire industry. You will act as an ambassador to position the company's reputation as a leading and respected employer.
Responsibilities
* Servicing and maintenance of access control/door entry systems such as Pac, Entrotec
* Replacing handsets
* Replacing panels
* Diagnosing and repairing faults
* Providing the highest level of customer care and always promoting a good external perception of the company
* Complying with company procedures and policies to ensure smooth delivery of our service
* Producing reporting on time and to agreed standards
* As a Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer you will report to the Contracts Manager and be the first point of contact between the business and our client

Qualifications
* UK Driving License (required)
* Experience: At least 1 years' experience in Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance
* Experience in the installation, configuration and maintenance of access control and door entry systems
* Basic IT Skills
* UK Driving License
* Preferred Skills: Must be quality focused and have a good attention to detail
* Fault finding
* Experience working with Entrotec and PAC products
* Experience working in social housing
Schedule
Monday - Friday 08:00am-5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break
