This role is for someone who doesn’t just shoot and edit. They see. Someone who walks into a room and immediately knows when the light is perfect and when it’s lying. Someone who gets a tiny thrill from a smooth match cut, a satisfying sound design moment or a colour grade that makes a brand feel expensive.
You’ll be concepting ideas that make people stop mid‑scroll, storyboarding pieces that have a pulse, and crafting video & photography that bring campaigns to life across the UK and Spain. One day you’re developing a big, cinematic brand film; the next you’re telling a micro‑story that unfolds in under seven seconds, and you’re loving the challenge.
You’ll be working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with a creative team who care about quality, originality and having fun while producing things that look beautiful.
What you have.
You’re that rare combo of technical, imaginative, and ridiculously enthusiastic. A visual thinker with ideas to spare. A calm head on shoot days. Someone who notices the details – the light, the framing, the mood & and cares enough to get them right. You’ll come from a creative background, with a strong track record in content production across video, film, social and shoots.
Every project is different, but all need your eye, your energy, and your creative spark. You’ll know how to produce scroll-stopping video, photography, and digital content, shape shoots from concept to delivery, partner with brilliant designers, marketers and agencies, and spin big ideas into polished campaigns that really pop.
This role suits someone personable, curious, detail‑obsessed in a charming way, and powered by the kind of enthusiasm that’s impossible to fake. If you’ve got ideas for days and the technical skill to actually make them real, you’ll fit right in. Experience in property or lifestyle brands is useful, but what matters most is your creative vision, your energy, and your zero-ego approach.
