Senior Healthcare Assistant (Day)
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant (SHCA) to join our team. As an SHCA, you will lead a team of Healthcare Assistants, ensuring all members provide person-centred care to residents while respecting their dignity and privacy.
In this role, you will:
1. Ensure residents' rights to independence and choice are upheld
2. Maintain accurate care and medical records
3. Create a positive work environment
4. Support your team through supervision and appraisals
5. Coordinate with health professionals and relatives for optimal care
6. Ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors, adhering to safety standards
