Paid Media Manager
Reports to: Head of Digital
Contract: 12-month Maternity cover, Full time (35 hours, Monday–Friday)
Location: Burntwood, Staffordshire (hybrid working, with travel to sites/events across the UK as required)
Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE
About the Paid Media Manager Role
We’re seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to join Busy Bees on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role is a fantastic opportunity to lead our paid media and performance marketing strategy across PPC, paid social, display, and other digital channels.
Reporting into the Head of Digital, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-performing lead generation campaigns, managing budgets, and optimising ROI. You’ll collaborate with our Brand, PR, and SEO teams as well as external agencies to ensure campaigns deliver results and support our ambitious growth targets.
