Key Responsibilities:
* Act asClinical Deputy Manager, providing clinical leadership and operational support
* Mentor and developnursesand care staff, promoting best practice
* Oversee audits, compliance, and care planning in line with CQC standards
* Support clinical governance and quality assurance initiatives
* Participate in the on-call rota and strategic planning
About You
1. Qualified Nurse with active NMC Pin (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
2. Previous experience in a care home nursing role
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
4. Strong knowledge of CQC standards and evidence-based care
