Nights Site Services Manager - Healthcare Peterborough City Hospital - £35,000 Per Annum Are you a commercially minded healthcare operator who thrives on delivering outstanding service, strong financial performance, and excellent client relationships? We’re looking for an experienced Soft Services Manager to support the delivery of high-quality, patient‑focused services within a healthcare environment. The Role You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day operations while supporting the delivery of a profitable, responsive, and customer‑led service in line with contractual requirements and Compass standards. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you’ll drive service excellence, cost control, and continuous improvement.
