* Booking Management:Efficiently manage reservations using OpenTable and Seven Rooms booking systems, ensuring a smooth and organised flow of guests.
* Communication:Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing customer inquiries and special requests effectively.
* Coordination: Collaborate with the restaurant team to accommodate guest preferences and special occasions, ensuring a seamless service.
* Problem-Solving:Resolve any guest issues or complaints with poise and professionalism, striving to exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a receptionist in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
* Proficiency in using OpenTable and Seven Rooms booking systems is essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
