The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes using Fanuc controls, producing high-quality components to tight tolerances. Key Responsibilities * Set, operate, and program CNC lathes with Fanuc controls * Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications * Select tooling, offsets, and cutting parameters * Carry out in-process inspection using measuring equipment * Ensure components meet quality and tolerance requirements * Perform minor program edits and fault finding * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area Requirements * Proven experience as a CNC Turner * Strong experience with CNC lathes * Fanuc control experience beneficial * Ability to read technical and engineering drawings * Confident using measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges) * Strong attention to detail and quality * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable (but not essential) * Experience with multi-axis or live tooling * Apprenticeship or rele...
