Sales Director – Laboratory Equipment Location: Aylesbury | Hybrid working International Travel Contract: Permanent | Full-time | 37 hours per week (Mon–Fri) Salary: Up to £90,000 basic superb package (including 10% pension contribution, bonus, car allowance & more) An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global environmental and scientific company as a Sales Director. This is a senior-level role where you will shape international sales strategy, drive business growth, and play a key part in delivering innovative solutions that support a more sustainable future. You’ll lead a high-performing global sales team, strengthen strategic partnerships, and influence product development within a forward-thinking and ambitious organisation. What you’ll be doing: Designing and delivering ambitious commercial strategies Driving new business growth and customer acquisition worldwide Leading global key account and channel partner management Working closely with Marketing & R&D to align sales with innovation Guiding product development strategy Tracking performance against KPIs and ensuring commercial success Building, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing global sales team What we’re looking for: Proven experience leading sales in scientific or laboratory equipment markets A strong track record of growing revenue across global territories Experience managing international accounts and channel partners Solid understanding of laboratory operations and instrumentation Strong commercial acumen with expertise in forecasting and budgeting Desirable: Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related science Advanced qualifications in Business, Engineering, or related fields What’s in it for you?
