Estimators required for a Tier 1 contractor based in Surrey. The company are one of the most successfully privately owned profitable contractors in the country and their Southern operations are based from their office near Weybridge. They target schemes between £30 and £150 million on frameworks and repeat business opportunities with long term clients and will also identify and target single stage regen and development schemes up to £150 million - typical schemes are schools and multi phased education schemes, student accommodation, PRS developments, high rise office and resi schemes and large multi use retail and leisure developments - a really wide and diverse range of projects to work on. The role includes identifying and targeting clients and projects that suit the company's profile. You will take ownership of the tender, carry out full analysis, produce bill pf quantities for each element of the works. send out, manage and chase enquiries with supply chain, identify both risks and opportunities, work with the design and commercial teams to produce the best available bid. Deal directly with the client and other specialist representatives.
