Contracts Manager Hard Facilities Management – Student Accommodation Central London Salary guide - £65,000 to £70,000 Trevett are pleased to be recruiting for a Contracts Manager to deliver the Hard FM Services to a Student Accommodation account with a world-class London University. The client is a specialist M&E Building Services Contractor with the PPM maintenance engineering contract onsite in Central London with a small portfolio of satellite sites. The Contracts Manager will ensure the delivery of the Hard FM Services, taking overall contractual, operational and financial responsibility for these with responsibility for a contract value of £2m - £3m.
