The Position:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as seasonal bar staff, on a part-time basis, working 16 hours per week including evenings and weekends. As a vital part of our hospitality team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable time at Lochardil House. The season runs to the end of October however, there may be an opportunity to extend based on business demand.
In this guest-facing role you
will be responsible for taking orders, delivering beverages and liaising with
the F&B team to ensure guests receive a high-level of service.
Duties include setting up the
bar area before service, maintaining high-levels of cleanliness in and around
the bar area, stock management.
The
role offers flexible shift patterns covering lunch and dinner service, and special events and functions.

* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Display effective communication guests with guests as well as your team to ensure a high-level of guest service.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure.
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Have a passion and knowledge for current drink trends.
The Package
