HR Assistant required for prestigious HR company based in Pudsey. The successful HR Assistant will join an existing, yet expanding team and will play a pivotal role in delivering HR solutions to various clients both locally and nationally.
Duties will include:
- HR Administration
- Running reports from the HR system
- Advise on basic employment law and legal processes
- Attend HR meetings i.e. disciplinaries
- Attending meetings with business owners and networking events
- Communicate effectively with multiple and varied employers on a daily basis
Skills required:
- Previous experience within HR
- High attention to detail and time management
- Ability to communicate and engage with people at all levels, to build effective relationships
- Driving licence and transport
