Internship Exploring General Business & Beyond

We are looking for a dedicated Admin/Project Coordinator to assist with managing our projects and administrative tasks. This role offers flexibility and an opportunity to grow within the company. You’ll be responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects, overseeing administrative duties, and contributing to the smooth operation of day-to-day functions.


Bonuses

Incentives: Performance-based bonuses upon project completion. Bonuses: Upon successfully completing each project, you’ll be eligible for performance-based bonuses, which will reward your contributions and achievements.


Responsibilities

* Organize and schedule project timelines and meetings
* Manage communication between team members, clients
* Track project milestones and ensure all tasks are completed on time
* Maintain records, documentation, and ensure project compliance
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry
* Coordinate logistics for projects, including resources, tools, and budget tracking


Growth

The position is designed for long-term growth within the company. As you demonstrate your ability to manage larger projects and develop your skills, this role will transition into a full-time experience-level position

Qualifications

* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Experience in project coordination or administration is preferred but not required


Working Hours

* Minimum: 15 hours per week
* Flexible scheduling to allow for work-life balance
