Project Manager
Contract: 6 Months (with potential to extend)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and delivering a mix of performance marketing campaigns and web development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
This role requires a proactive, organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects including performance campaigns (PPC, paid social, programmatic) and web development builds.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Work closely with account managers, strategists, developers, designers, and media specialists to ensure seamless delivery.
• Coordinate testing, QA, and launch processes for web projects.
• Report on project performance, budgets, and timelines to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure all projects are delivered with measurable outcomes and KPIs.
Skills & Experience Required
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital performance marketing (PPC, paid social, display, analytics).
• Experience managing web development projects (WordPress, Shopify, custom builds, etc.).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, ).
• Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Understanding of budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
Contract Details
• Duration: 6 months initially, with potential for extension.
• Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday.
• Rate: Competitive day rate (dependent on experience).
• Location: Leeds / Hybrid.
• Start Date: 1st November 2025.
